Where can I get help from?

There are a number of places you can get help to support you with your journey on Universal Credit.

On-line help and support

The Citizens Advice service offers a range of online support for your universal credit question - you can access this here or by typing "Universal Credit Citizens Advice" into Google search.

Face-to-face and telephone Information & Advice

Citizens Advice offer a free telephone service available on 0300 3309 075

The Citizens Advice service offers free, confidential, and impartial information and advice and can support you with your Universal Credit question.  More details on how to access the Citizens Advice services are available here.

SMBC offer information and advice services from its local advice centres.  More details on the location and opening times of these are available here.
