Ask for Angela is a project run by Citizens Advice Stockport offering help and support to people experiencing Gender Violence and Abuse.

What is Gender Violence and Abuse?

Gender violence covers different types of abuse including domestic violence, harassment and stalking, rape and sexual assault, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, honour-based abuse and trafficking.

What support can I get?

Our project allows you to come to Fred Perry House in Stockport, Ask for Angela and get support - it's that easy.  From there, a fully trained Ask for Angela Adviser will speak to you, give you all your options and support you to make the next steps.  This service is available Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:00.
